STRONGMAN

Lifting stones and tyres are examples of movements in Strongman. Strongman kind of movements are taking the world by storm where sports such as Obstacle Racing have taken and adapted Strongman movements into the sport. 

 

In this class, you will be taught on the secrets and techniques to lift heavy unusual objects in an efficient and effective manner. 

In the BEGINNER Class, you will be taught on the secrets and techniques to lift heavy unusual objects in an efficient and effective manner. Trying out the different Strongman equipment available at the gym.

In this PRO Class, more advance lifting techniques will be taught. Training with the mindset of competing, exercises would also be on par as strongman competition standards. *RECOMMENDED to go through 5 sessions of our BEGINNER STRONGMAN CLASS.*
